Sticky Banana Croissants Recipe

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Filling:
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, melted butter, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
Assemble the Croissants:
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into triangles.
Place a few slices of banana on the wide end of each triangle and sprinkle with chopped nuts if using.
Drizzle the brown sugar mixture over the bananas.
Roll and Bake:
Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle up to form a croissant shape.
Place the croissants on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with any remaining butter mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the croissants are golden brown and puffed up.

Allow the croissants to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
