1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
For the Spiked Cranberry Sauce:
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp bourbon or rum (optional, for spiking)
1 tsp orange zest
