No Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Delight

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and evenly combined.
Fold in the fresh blueberries.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
Warm the blueberry preserves or jam in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds until slightly melted. Spoon half of the warmed preserves over the cream cheese layer and swirl gently with a knife.
Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture and warmed preserves, swirling the top layer gently with a knife.
Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
Before serving, garnish with fresh blueberries and mint leaves.
