Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling:
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 cups heavy cream
1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 ripe bananas, sliced
Topping:
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Vanilla wafer crumbs (optional)
Sliced bananas (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
In a medium bowl, mix the vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
Refrigerate the crust while you prepare the filling.
