No Bake Baileys Cheesecake

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are fully coated.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Place in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
Gradually add the Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
Assemble the Cheesecake:
Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
Smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Prepare the Topping:
In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Pipe or spread the whipped cream over the chilled cheesecake.
Garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.
Serve:
Carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan.
Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!
