Mexican Street Corn Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, corn, cilantro, and green onions.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, and garlic powder.
Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss until well coated.
Gently fold in the cotija cheese.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
