Fresh Peach Fritters with Cinnamon Glaze

1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3-4 tablespoons milk
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in the diced peaches.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 375°F (190°C). Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, frying a few fritters at a time to avoid overcrowding.
Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to remove the fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels.
To make the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, ground cinnamon, and milk until smooth.
Drizzle the warm fritters with the cinnamon glaze and serve immediately.
