Easy Weeknight Taco Pasta

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic, cooking until beef is thoroughly browned.
Stir in taco seasoning, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and green chiles. Bring to a simmer.
Add pasta to the skillet, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and cheddar cheese until well blended.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
