Crescent Roll Garlic Knots

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles along the perforated lines.
Cut each triangle lengthwise into two strips.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
Brush each strip lightly with the garlic butter mixture, then sprinkle with a bit of garlic powder and salt.
Twist each strip and tie into a knot, tucking the ends underneath.
Place knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle the knots with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
