California Chicken, Veggie, Avocado, and Rice Bowls

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and no longer pink in the center, about 6-8 minutes per side.
Arrange the brown rice in bowls. Top with cooked chicken, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers.
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and drizzle with lime juice.
Serve with optional garnishes such as jalapeƱos, sour cream, and hot sauce, if desired.
