Cajun Pasta

Directions:Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and add to the skillet. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the bell pepper and onion. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in the cooked pasta, chicken, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
