Balsamic Grilled Flank Steak Caprese

Ingredients:
Marinade:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Steak:
1.5 lbs flank steak
Salt and pepper, to taste
Caprese Salad:
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade:
In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
