Pistachio Chocolate Bar

Stir in the crispy rice cereal and half of the toasted pistachios into the melted dark chocolate. Mix well to ensure the ingredients are evenly coated.
4. Form the Chocolate Bar:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the chocolate mixture onto the sheet. Spread it into an even layer using a spatula.
5. Melt the White Chocolate:
In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate with the remaining coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
6. Drizzle and Sprinkle:
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer. Sprinkle the remaining toasted pistachios and sea salt evenly over the top.
7. Set the Chocolate Bar:
Refrigerate the chocolate bar for at least 2 hours, or until fully set and hardened.
8. Break and Serve:
Once set, break the chocolate into pieces and serve. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
