Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells

Prepare the Shells:
Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Filling:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
Add diced bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
Assemble the Stuffed Shells:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread a thin layer of beef broth on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Fill each cooked pasta shell with the beef and vegetable mixture, then place in the baking dish.
Bake:
Sprinkle provolone, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese over the stuffed shells.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
