Overnight French Toast

Cut Texas toast into cubes and spread evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla. Pour over the bread cubes, pressing down to ensure all bread is soaked. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add cubed butter, and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the soaked bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Remove the casserole from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Bake covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and set.
Serve warm with maple syrup, powdered sugar, or fresh fruit.
