Mascarpone & Maple Caramel Apple Butter Cinnamon Rolls

Prepare the Dough:
In a large bowl, mix the warm milk and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add the sugar, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until combined.
Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Make the Filling:
Roll out the dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough.
Spread the apple butter on top of the butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll and Cut the Dough:
Roll up the dough tightly from the long side, forming a log.
Cut the log into 12-15 slices and place them in a greased baking dish.
Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake the Cinnamon Rolls:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Prepare the Maple Caramel Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns into an amber color.
Carefully add the heavy cream and stir until smooth.
Stir in the butter, maple syrup, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
