Heavenly Creamy Chicken Alfredo

Cook the Chicken:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, until it begins to thicken.
Finish the Dish:
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
If using, cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and add to the skillet.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
