Decadent S'mores French Toast

Maple syrup
Additional mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers for garnish
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar until well combined.
Heat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Grease with butter or oil.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for about 10-15 seconds per side.
Place the dipped bread slices onto the hot skillet or griddle. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
While cooking, sprinkle mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers onto each slice of French toast.
Once both sides are cooked and the chocolate chips are melted, remove from heat.
Serve immediately, drizzled with maple syrup and topped with additional mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers.
