Crispy Air Fryer Breaded Shrimp

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls. In the first bowl, place the flour. In the second bowl, place the beaten eggs. In the third bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Dredge each shrimp in the flour, shaking off any excess. Dip the shrimp into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Then, coat the shrimp in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the basket, being careful not to overcrowd. Lightly spray the tops of the shrimp with cooking spray.
Air fry the shrimp at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the shrimp are golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.
