Chicken Spaghetti

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
10 oz. diced tomatoes & green chilies
8 oz. thin spaghetti
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Red pepper flakes & chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Cook the chicken with Italian seasoning in olive oil until done, then dice.
In the same pan, melt butter, add onions and garlic, then flour, and cook until fragrant.
Gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring until smooth.
Add cream cheese and cheddar until melted, then incorporate tomatoes and chicken.
Mix in cooked spaghetti, transfer to a baking dish, top with mozzarella, and bake for 15 minutes.
Garnish with red pepper flakes and parsley.
