Camembert and Bacon Pastry Puffs

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 4 squares.
In the center of each square, place slices of Camembert and sprinkle with bacon lardons.
Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a sealed pouch.
Brush the tops with egg wash, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with thyme.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and puffed.
