Apple Snickers Cheesecake Delight

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream until combined.
Gently fold in the diced apples and chopped Snickers bars into the batter. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
Allow the cheesecake to cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and top with whipped cream.
