Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Roll out the pizza dough and place on a greased pizza pan.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned. Sprinkle flour over cooked sausage and stir until blended.
Gradually add milk to the skillet, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens into gravy.
Spread the sausage gravy over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the gravy.
Crack the eggs on top of the cheese and season with salt, pepper, and paparrkia.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden and eggs are set.
Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
