Raspberry Tiramisu Delight

In a large mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
In a shallow dish, combine brewed coffee and coffee liqueur (if using).
Quickly dip each ladyfinger cookie into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not overly soggy.
Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish or individual glasses.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
Sprinkle half of the raspberries evenly over the mascarpone layer.
Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers, remaining mascarpone mixture, and raspberries.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
