1 lb (450g) pasta (penne or rigatoni)
1 lb (450g) thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded provolone cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
