Pear and Brie Crostini

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush each baguette slice with olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly toasted.
Top each slice with a piece of Brie and a couple of pear slices.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Drizzle honey over the crostini, sprinkle with walnuts and thyme.
Serve warm.
