Peanut Butter Pie

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
Chill the crust in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
Prepare the filling:
In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter and cream cheese together until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Prepare the topping:
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Spread the whipped cream over the top of the peanut butter filling.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or chopped peanuts if desired.
Chill the pie:
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set, before serving.
