Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Stir in the peach preserves, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into the ice cream cones.
Top each cone with crushed graham crackers and a few peach slices.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
