No-Bake Nutella Choc Cheesecake

In a medium bowl, mix the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
Chill the crust in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
Prepare the filling:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the Nutella and beat until fully combined.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until fully combined.
Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Prepare the topping:
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Spread the whipped cream over the top of the cheesecake.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or chopped hazelnuts if desired.
Chill the cheesecake:
Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until set, before serving.
