No-Bake Coconut Pecan Praline Cookies

In a large saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, corn syrup, and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Allow the mixture to boil for 3 minutes, then remove from heat.
Stir in salt, vanilla extract, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Allow cookies to set and cool completely at room temperature for about 1-2 hours.
