Lemon Pepper Baked Cod

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Brush each fillet with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with lemon pepper seasoning and a little salt.
Arrange lemon slices over the fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
