400g spaghetti
12 jumbo scallops
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
200g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
150g spinach, fresh
250ml heavy cream
100ml white wine
50g Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil, for garnish
