Apple Pie Cheesecake

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup of granulated sugar and vanilla extract, beating until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
Spread the apple pie filling evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture, spreading it carefully to cover the apple pie filling.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
Remove cheesecake from oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
