Salmon Alfredo

Cook the pasta:
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the salmon:
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and easily flaked with a fork. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Alfredo sauce:
In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
Combine and serve:
Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
Flake the cooked salmon into chunks and gently fold into the pasta and sauce mixture.
Serve the Salmon Alfredo hot, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the dish.
Enjoy your creamy and flavorful Salmon Alfredo!
