Orange Cream Puffs

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
Stir in orange zest until well combined.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each for expansion.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
For the filling, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, orange zest, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Cut the tops off the cooled puffs and fill with orange cream filling using a piping bag or spoon.
Replace tops and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
