Lemon Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast with Blueberry Compote

Ingredients:
1 loaf of French bread, sliced into thick slices
1 cup cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup powdered sugar
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter, for cooking
Blueberry Compote:
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
