Ingredients:
For the Cake:
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3-4 medium apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
For the Maple Ginger Custard Sauce:
1 cup (240ml) whole milk
1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
1/4 cup (60ml) pure maple syrup
