Ingredients:
For the Brownie Layers:
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup (45g) unsweetened cocoa powder
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Ice Cream Center:
1 pint (475ml) vanilla ice cream, softened
1 pint (475ml) chocolate ice cream, softened
For the Chocolate Coating:
1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
