Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa

In a 6-quart crockpot, layer half of the pierogi, half of the kielbasa, and half of the onion. Sprinkle with one cup of cheddar cheese.
Repeat the layering with the remaining pierogi, kielbasa, onion, and cheese.
In a small bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
