Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups (150g) chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
For the Ice Cream Layers:
1 quart (950ml) chocolate ice cream, softened
1 quart (950ml) vanilla ice cream, softened
For the Caramel Sauce:
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
1/4 cup (60ml) water
1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Topping:
1 cup (240ml) heavy cream, whipped
1/4 cup (30g) chocolate shavings
