For the Custard:
1 cup semolina
1 cup granulated sugar
4 cups milk
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Syrup:
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup honey
1 cinnamon stick
Peel of 1 lemon
For the Pastry:
12 sheets phyllo dough
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (for brushing)
