Steak with Shrimp & Lobster Sauce

Prepare the Steaks:
Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let rest.
Make the Shrimp & Lobster Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add shrimp and lobster tail meat to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turn pink and lobster meat is opaque.
Pour in white wine (if using) and let it reduce slightly, about 1-2 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Assemble the Dish:
Place the cooked steaks on serving plates.
Spoon the shrimp and lobster sauce generously over the steaks.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
Serve immediately, accompanied by your favorite side dishes.
