Steak with Shrimp & Lobster Sauce

Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks (about 8 oz each), preferably boneless
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Shrimp & Lobster Sauce:
8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz lobster tail meat, chopped into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine (optional)
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
