Ingredients:

2 lbs. quality ground beef

2 chunky potatoes, peeled and finely cubed

1 flavorful onion, finely chopped

2 aromatic garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce for that tangy kick

2 tablespoons freshly plucked parsley, finely chopped

1 teaspoon aromatic dried thyme

Salt and freshly ground pepper, as per preference

2 rolls of premium puff pastry

Method:

Pre-warm the oven to a cozy 375°F (190°C).
