Luxurious Pink Cherry Jell-O Fluff

Combine the Base: In a large mixing bowl, blend 1 cup of cottage cheese with the 3 oz. box of cherry Jell-O powder until well mixed.

Incorporate Cool Whip: Gently fold in 8 oz. of Cool Whip (or its alternative) to the cottage cheese and Jell-O mixture until the color is uniform and the texture is creamy.

Add Fruits: Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and Maraschino cherries, ensuring an even distribution of fruit throughout the mixture.

Chill and Serve: Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld and the dessert to set. For best results, chill overnight


Garnish (Optional):
 Before serving, garnish with additional Maraschino cherries or a sprinkle of cherry Jell-O powder for a vibrant finish.
