I pour sunflower oil into the pan and heat it up. Then I put the peppers in and fry them, stirring, on high power for about five minutes until the peppers become soft and juicy.

While the peppers are roasting, I finely chop the parsley leaves.

When the peppers are soft enough, I put them in a pan with the oil in which they were fried.

I add honey and press in the garlic.

I add apple cider vinegar and salt to taste: half a teaspoon is enough for the indicated number of peppers. I add mustard and muesli.

As a finishing touch, I add chopped parsley and mix everything thoroughly.

I cover the pan with a lid and let it marinate for several hours.

Once the peppers have cooled, I mix them again and serve them. It turns out to be a very tasty and bright appetizer made from peppers. Be sure to try it - I'm sure you and your guests will love it.
