Next we add the flour and mix. We cover with a film and let it rest in the refrigerator until the next day.
Brioche with Bacon
Homemade Bread with Sesame
To make the bread, put the rest of the water and the rest of the yeast in a large bowl and mix well. Then we add the sourdough that we have prepared and the rest of the ingredients.
We knead until we obtain a homogeneous dough. We put it in a bowl greased with a little oil, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it double in volume for half an hour.
Next we put the dough on the counter, lightly floured, and knead lightly to eliminate the air. We give it the shape we want and place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
We make a cut in the surface, sprinkle with flour and let it rest again for another half hour, until it doubles in volume again.
We preheat the oven to 250º C. and place a tray on the oven floor, with water, at half height. Then we place the bread on the rack and bake for ten minutes. Next we lower the temperature to 200º C., and continue making the bread for another 40 minutes.
When the bread is done, we remove it from the oven and let it cool before consuming. Delicious!
