Ingredients
to prepare Pueblo Bread
100 ml. of warm water
100 gr. of pastry flour
20 gr. of fresh pressed yeast
380 ml. of warm water
500 gr. of strong flour
10 gr. of salt
Olive oil

How to prepare Pueblo Bread
To enjoy a delicious town bread, the first thing we should do, preferably the night before, is prepare the sourdough. For this we put 100 ml. of water in a bowl and dilute half of the yeast in it.
