Turkish Eggs

Ingredients
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
3 tomatoes
5 eggs
Grated mozzarella cheese
Olive oil
Salt
Oregano
Paprika

1- Cook the eggs in a saucepan with water and a little salt for 12 minutes.

2-Cool the eggs. Place the eggs in a bowl with water and ice.

3-Chop the vegetables. Cut the onion into julienne strips. The peppers, in strips without forgetting to remove the seeds and the central nerve. Cut the tomatoes into slices of approximately one centimeter.
