Tagine of spicy meat, guisantes and potatoes

First of all, we start by preparing the minced meatballs: We mix the meat with the parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, a little olive oil and the pepper puree. Form the meatballs and set aside.

STEP 2
Next, in one tagine or another, we sauté the chopped red onion with the garlic in a splash of olive oil. Add the meatballs and brown them for a few minutes.
STEP 3
Then add the frozen peas and potatoes cut into small cubes. Season with salt and pepper, add ginger, turmeric and cumin. Mix gently.

STEP 4
Finally add the water and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, covered. A few minutes before the end of cooking, add a little parsley and chopped cilantro.
